AS-BUILT SURVEY

Prior to any undertaking, it is vital to document the layout and conditions of the job site. An as-built survey is used to show the current conditions of a site.  This survey acts as a basemap from which the homeowner, local governmental agencies and design professionals can base their plans on. The type of measurements observed & presented may vary depending on each town’s statutory requirements, zoning code and/or the type of structure or improvements being proposed. This kind of survey can also be used to close out a building permit or to satisfy a certificate of occupancy.
